This March Maid Brigade of Clark County is collecting new and gently used children’s books in honor of Read Across America Day to benefit Children’s Home Society of Washington right here in our community. To make our Book Drive a successful event we need your help!
Participating is easy, on the day of your next cleaning simply leave your books out on the kitchen counter and our teams will pick them up.
We will be collecting through April 8, 2013.
Prefer to show your support for children’s literacy by giving a monetary donation? No problem! We’re also collecting contributions for Reading Is Fundamental, the nation’s largest children’s literacy nonprofit foundation. Click here to donate!
